There is a column of icons on the left side of the Remine screen. These are different filters/overlays that allow you to narrow down the number of matching properties.
Tracked Properties- displays the properties that you have already tracked.
MLS Status- allows you to choose a status and see properties currently on the MLS under that status.
Airbnb- displays any properties that are currently available to book on Airbnb.
Last Sale Price- displays the last known sales price of all homes sold since 1990.
Mortgage Rate- displays the current interest rate of the active mortgage associated with the property.
Ownership Time- displays the length of time the current owner has owned the property.
Mortgage Age- displays the age of the active mortgage associated with the property.
Property Value- displays the estimated property value based on an average of all available estimates.
Home Equity- displays the estimated equity an owner has in their property.
Sell Score- displays the timeline in which a property owner may be likely to sell. Sell Score is a machine-learning model that identifies which off-market residential properties are likely to transact sooner than others in their area.
Land Use- allows you to narrow your search based on different zoning categories: Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Land, Farm, Public, Entertainment, Utility or Unknown.
Building Type- similar to the Property Type field on the MLS: Single-Family, Condo, Townhome, Multi-Family or Other.
Flood Zone- displays whether homes are in a high-risk flood zone, based on the latest digital FEMA flood maps.
Absentee- indicates if the owner doesn't occupy the property. A property is tagged as absentee-owned when the property address doesn't match the mailing address for the owner.
Distressed Deals- displays the following states of foreclosure: Lis Pendens, Notice of Default, Notice of Foreclosure and Notice of Trustee.
Cash Buyers- displays properties that were paid for in cash.
