After you have used the search tools and/or map to narrow down your matching properties, you can then use the Tracking feature to keep tabs on those properties.
Tracking is a way to keep an eye on a person or property. When you track an opportunity, it appears in your comprehensive list of opportunities on the Track page. After you track a person or property, you'll receive notifications on the Engage page when information associated with that opportunity changes.
When you click on an individual property and display the summary information, you can click the Track button in the bottom right to start tracking it.

You can click on the drop down arrow next to the Track button and give the property a Label.

Think of tracking as putting your opportunities in a box. Labels are your filing system for everything that's inside the box. You can track opportunities without a label (not recommended), but you cannot label opportunities without tracking them.
You can use the Track button in the upper right to see the properties (or people) that you have tracked.

This will list all of the things you have tracked within Remine. You will be able to see the labels you have assigned to any specific item:
